Shipping and returns
BG Trader is a marketplace/contact platform. Pickup, shipping, payment, refunds and returns are agreed directly between buyer and seller.
Pickup and shipping
- Sellers choose whether pickup, shipping, or both are available on each listing.
- Shipping costs shown on listings are seller-provided estimates or indications only.
- Buyer and seller should agree the final shipping method, packaging, tracking, cost, timing and risk before payment.
- BG Trader does not calculate shipping, collect shipping fees, ship items, insure parcels or guarantee delivery.
Payments
BG Trader does not take payment, hold funds or provide payment protection. Users should choose payment methods they are comfortable with.
Returns and issues
- Returns, refunds and exchanges are arranged directly between buyer and seller.
- BG Trader does not process refunds, manage returns, guarantee condition or guarantee authenticity.
- Buyers should ask questions, inspect photos, confirm condition and agree terms before paying.
- If unsure, use local pickup or another mutually agreed safe option.
